We've got different customization options for your long or short run projects. We utilize a variety of methods to make your project come to life, printing on T's, totes, tanks, more.

Screen printing is the best process for larger order quantity orders of printed t-shirts. Screen printed t-shirts wash well and the print quality lasts quite long.

When screen printing, one colour at a time is applied and therefore the cost will increase with each additional colour applied. For each separate colour an additional set-up is required, so a design with 4 colours requires 4 screen setups: this can make screen printing in many colours uneconomical if only a small run of clothing is required.

Vinyl printing is generally limited to simple text and designs. The artwork is required in a vector format which is produced in a software package such as Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw; this artwork format produces a scalable design.  Once the artwork has been cut, the unwanted vinyl is removed through a process called weeding, this process can be time intensive particularly small text with fine detail. Vinyl is ideal for lettering and simple one or two colour designs. After weeding, the design is transferred onto the garment, using an industrial heat press.

Vinyl comes in many different formats, such as metallic, fluorescent, flock and reflective colours. Some Vinyl is designed to stretch so is a great option for sports clothing including spandex.

The transfer process is a method of applying an image onto a T-shirt by releasing ink or dye from a special transfer paper via heat. The transfer process has many advantages with multi-colour designs. The transfer process allows you to have smaller quantities of shirts made with colourful designs at an affordable price.
